This is an investor-run business that works closely with real estate agents to find and renovate distressed properties. Over time, we noticed something most people overlook:

Fixer-uppers make up a very small slice of the market.

But a much larger group of homes are perfectly livable — they just don’t stand out.

We saw agents juggling contractors, sellers over-improving, and buyers getting distracted by cosmetic issues that didn’t need a full renovation to fix. Often, a few smart, high-impact changes would have made a meaningful difference — without spending $50,000 to get there.
